Terms of Service

1. Service description

This platform allows event attendees to view, find, and purchase photos from event albums. Features include album browsing, facial recognition-based photo matching (optional), and digital photo purchases.

2. Access and authentication

Access to albums may be restricted to authorized email addresses set by the event organizer. You authenticate via magic link sent to your email. You must not share your access link with others or attempt to access albums you are not authorized to view.

3. Facial recognition (optional)

The selfie matching feature uses facial recognition technology to find photos of you in an album. This feature is entirely optional — you can browse the full album without using it. By choosing to upload a selfie, you explicitly consent to the processing of your biometric data for this purpose. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Purchases and payments

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Prices are displayed before checkout and include applicable taxes.
• After purchase, you receive a download link via email valid for a limited time.
• Purchased photos are delivered as digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact the event organizer.

5. Photo usage rights

Purchased photos are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or use purchased photos for commercial purposes without written permission from the event organizer or photographer.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access albums or photos you are not authorized to view.
• Upload content that is not a genuine selfie for the purpose of finding your photos.
• Use automated tools to scrape, download, or bulk-access photos.
• Circumvent any access controls or security measures.

7. Watermarked previews

Album photos displayed on this platform are watermarked previews. Watermarked images are provided for preview purposes only and may not be captured, screenshotted, or reproduced as a substitute for purchasing the original.

8. Limitation of liability

This service is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to ensure availability and accuracy, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for temporary unavailability, failed face matches, or image processing delays.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
